The sewing pattern includes 8 sizes. The size chart is:

XS size fits: 19 3/4 inches (50 cm) girl head circumference

S size fits: 20 1/2 inches (52 cm) girl head circumference

M size fits: 21 1/4 inches (54 cm) woman head circumference

L size fits: 22 inches (56 cm) woman head circumference

XL size fits: 22 7/8 inches (58 cm) woman head circumference

2XL size fits: 23 5/8 inches (60 cm) woman head circumference

3XL size fits: 24 3/8 inches (62 cm) woman head circumference

4XL size fits: 25 1/4 inches (64 cm) woman head circumference

How to measure the head circumference. Place the string or tape measure around the head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above the ears, completely circling the head. Please Note. You can better understand how to measure your head circumference correctly see photo gallery - photo 11.

To sew a headscarf then you will need:

• Light blue medium-thick woven cotton fabric for the outer shell of the headscarf: 39 inches (1 meter) wide – 7/8 yd (0,80 meters). This amount of fabric fits all outer shell sizes.
• Beige thin and soft woven viscose fabric for the lining of the headscarf: 39 inches (1 meter) wide – 1/2 yd (0,50 meters). This amount of fabric fits all lining sizes.
• Beige blue medium thick and soft woven viscose fabric for the straps of the headscarf: 59 inches (1,50 meters) wide – 5/8 yd (0,60 meters). This amount of fabric fits all straps sizes.
• A piece of the beige denim fabric for the visor: 16 inches (0,40 meters) wide x 20 inches (0,50 meters) high. This amount of fabric fits all visor sizes.
• A piece of the white fusible non-woven interfacing for the visor: 16 inches (0,40 meters) wide x 8 inches (0,20 meters) high. This amount of interfacing fits all visor sizes.
• You need the elastic for the nape of the neck. Elastic is not too wide, but the length of the elastic for each size is half the width of the crown part.

All sewing patterns have seam allowances.

Sewing patterns you can print out on both US Letter and A4 size paper. Each size (US Letter or A4) is printed separately.

US Letter size paper measurements: 8.5 inches x 11.0 inches (21,6 cm x 27,9 cm)

A4 size paper measurements: 8.3 inches x 11.7 inches (21,0 cm x 29,7 cm)
